SINK Support

Practical help for attendees, room hosts, and invite-only screening operators.

Attendee help

  • Open the HTTPS invitation link or scan its QR code. Complete sign-in and the event notice before entering the room.
  • If automatic sync is unavailable, use manual sync at a scene or timestamp the organizer identifies.
  • A disconnected host source projects briefly and then freezes at the last trusted position; wait for the operator to reconnect or take over manually.
  • For a private screening, do not forward invitation credentials or record confidential material.

Organizer checklist

  • Use a computer for title creation, source upload, rights settings, and detailed reports.
  • Upload the exact final program mix whenever possible. Alternate cuts, leaders, dubs, or materially different mixes need separate versions.
  • Review processing QA and the source-deletion receipt, then run a complete rehearsal with the actual playback path.
  • Keep the responsive Host Console open during the event and confirm who can operate, moderate, rotate invitations, or end the room.

Extension pairing

  • Generate a one-time pairing code from the Host Console and bind only the active player tab you intend to use.
  • The extension sends event-scoped playback time, play/pause state, rate, and health. It does not upload raw tab audio.
  • Closing the player tab releases the playback source but does not end the screening. Use the Host Console to end the event.
  • If a version check warns about the wrong cut, stop and verify the media instead of overriding unless an authorized operator has confirmed it.
